Unlucky all the way.New lens, nice weather, all good you would think.
Made about 200 photographs already and when I came home and tried to edit the photographs
my screen just wouldnt turn on. So after more trying and hoping I finally came to the conclusion that my brand new Samsung 2443BW screen died after 2 weeks of use
So I called up the company where I bought it from and they told me to phone Samsung since it wasnt there responsability. And when I called Samsung they told me the same thing, that it wasnt there responsability. After some cussing they agreed to pick up my screen and have a look at it.
2 weeks later I get my screen back and all seems good. Apperently the power supply inside the screen died and thats why it didnt want to work. But after about 7 hours a while yellow vertical line appears in the center of my screen. And guess what, all dead pixels.
So pissed off as I am I called up Samsung again and they picked it up and decided to try to repair it again. Well its been 3 damn weeks already!
This sort of thing pisses me off when the consumer gets f*cked because they deliver shitty products. I keep calling everyday in the hope to get a new screen instead of them trying to repair it.So fingers crossed and hopefully I get a chance to edit my photographs soon.
*Couldnt change the mood from Joy to anything else, but its obvious Im not happy right now
